Three New Playgrounds Coming in 2025

Freedom Park (complete!), Fairfax Park (complete!), and River Run Park (constructions starts Fall 2025!) playgrounds are scheduled for replacement in 2025.

CIP Projects

The city uses voter-approved capital improvement funds, impact fees and funding from the Adams County Open Space tax and Colorado Lottery to complete parks, recreation and golf projects.

The city strives to create quality park and recreation areas that best suit the community by involving residents through online surveys and forums and the Parks, Recreation & Golf Advisory Committee.
