Second Creek Farm Park

Commerce City is working with Galloway & Company on the design and Colorado Designscapes on the construction of a new neighborhood park within the Second Creek Farm Neighborhood. The park will be approximately 7 acres and will feature play equipment for children ages 2-5 and ages 5-12, a ninja course, shaded picnic areas, an amphitheater with lawn, and a flush restroom.

Public Meetings

The first public meeting for Oasis and Second Creek Farm Park was held on December 6, 2022, and members of the public provided input through a Visual Preference Survey, Both in person and online. The second public meeting was March 7, 2023 and members of the public provided input on the conceptual park designs. A third public meeting specific to Oasis Park was held May 2, 2023 allowing the opportunity to provide input on the refined design. The fourth public meeting specific to Second Creek Farm Park was held December 2023.

We used the feedback received through the visual preference survey to develop conceptual park designs for  Second Creek Farm Park.
