Land Development Code

Land Development Code Update

Project Update and Next Steps: The new Land Development Code was adopted by City Council on Monday, November 3, 2025. All new annexations and rezonings are required to follow the standards and procedures of the 2025 Land Development Code.

Now that the new code has been adopted, the City is working with the community on a legislative rezoning effort to bring properties under the new code. To learn more about the project and engage with this effort, visit the Land Development Code Legislative Rezoning Project.
