CCPD Detectives Arrest Juveniles Connected to
Dozens of Vehicle Trespasses and Burglaries

COMMERCE CITY, CO., July 9th, 2025: After an exhaustive investigation, the Commerce City Police Department has arrested three juveniles (ages 17, 15, and 13 years old) in connection to more than two dozen vehicle trespasses, multiple high-dollar commercial burglaries, and at least two stolen vehicles.

Tuesday morning detectives served a search warrant on a home in the 7500 block of Krameria Drive and recovered copious evidence of the crimes to include a shotgun, body armor, more than 200 stolen vape products, hundreds of grams of marijuana, and bottles of alcohol.  The three teenagers were also arrested at the time.

The suspects committed three commercial burglaries in Commerce City (and others in other jurisdictions) of dispensaries, liquor stores, and vape shops using stolen vehicles.  In at least one of the crimes, they used a stolen vehicle to ram the front door of a business to gain entry.

Let these arrests serve also as a public service announcement; the teens prowled vehicles all over Commerce City, looking for firearms, garage door openers, and keys— none of which should be left inside your vehicle and one of which is illegal to do so (unsecured firearm).

The teens are facing a half dozen charges to include two counts of Second Degree Motor Vehicle Theft, Burglary, Criminal Trespass, and Criminal Mischief.  The search for additional suspects involved in this crime spree is ongoing but excellent work by the Commerce City Police Department’s Investigations Unit led to these arrests.
