Land Development Code Open House - All citizens  are invited to attend one of the open houses on September 3, 4 and 18 to review the changes. City planners will be available to talk one-on-one with residents about the code and to discuss their ideas, comments, and suggestions.

Make sure you are registered to vote

If you’re planning to vote in any 2008 elections, you’ll want to make sure you’re registered.  The voter registration deadline for the General Election of November 4, 2008, is October 6th.

Quality Community for a Life Time Grant - The intent of the grant is to contribute to organizations that have the greatest and most significant impact to the quality of life in Commerce City. The deadline for application is August 15 at 4:30 p.m.. Learn more...

RFP for Survey Control Monuments - Proposals due July 25. This project will consist of field examination, re-setting, if needed, and surveying and mapping of 145 section corners and one-quarter corners. The detailed scope of work is available to download or for purchase for $21.67 at the Municipal Services Center. The estimated cost for this project is $55,000.
