The City of Commerce City is continuing its legislative rezoning process to align all properties with the 2025 Land Development Code and create a unified zoning map that supports the community's long-term vision. Residents are encouraged to learn more about the proposed zoning updates and attend an upcoming public meeting, this time focused on the second phase.
