Commerce City is bringing a whole new level of excitement to our annual 4thFEST celebration this year with a first-time partnership featuring the inaugural World Rugby Nations Cup at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park on Saturday, July 4. The holiday weekend kicks off Friday, July 3 as Denver Summit FC plays Kansas City Current at DICK'S, with postgame fireworks after the match.

Known each year for hosting Colorado’s largest public Fourth of July fireworks show, 4thFEST features a full day of free family-friendly activities starting at 3 p.m., including bounce houses, a rock-climbing wall, alpine slide, pedal carts, a mechanical bull, interactive games, food vendors, music, and more.

Inside the stadium, Tonga will face Zimbabwe at 4:15 p.m., followed by Team USA taking on Portugal at 7 p.m. in a featured Independence Day matchup. Tickets for the World Rugby Nations Cup matches are available for purchase for those wishing to attend the matches (one ticket gets you into both matches!).

The night will end with Colorado’s largest public fireworks display lighting up the sky above DICK’S Sporting Goods Park in a spectacular finale to the celebration. The outdoor 4thFEST festival and fireworks show are free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy all the festival activities and plan ahead for parking and transportation due to expected crowds.
