NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of Commerce City on August 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m in a hybrid format, or as soon thereafter. Persons wishing to testify in person will need to appear at the Council Chambers, Commerce City Civic Center, 7887 E 60th Avenue. Persons wishing to testify virtually must register in advance. The hearing will also be broadcast on Channel 8 in Commerce City and livestreamed at https://www.c3gov.com/video.

Ordinance AN26-0003 – SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EAST 88 AVENUE AND TOWER ROAD TO THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO. First reading occurred on July 6, 2026.

Ordinance ZON26-0003 - SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO BY ZONING THE PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF E. 88TH AVENUE AND TOWER ROAD ANNEXATION FROM ADAMS COUNTY AGRICULTURAL-3 (A-3) TO AGRICULTURAL (AG). First reading occurred on July 6, 2026.
