Need a fresh start with Commerce City Municipal Court? If you have outstanding warrants, unpaid fines, or unfinished court business, Fresh Start Day may be an opportunity to get your case back on track.
This year’s Fresh Start Day is Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Civic Center (7887 E. 60th Ave.) Virtual participation is also available through Zoom.
Depending on your case, you may be able to:
Have eligible warrants vacated.
Have a portion of your fines waived.
Set up a new payment plan.
Resolve and close your case.
Ask about sealing your record (excluding traffic cases). Every case is handled individually, and eligibility varies. Outstanding restitution cases are not eligible for Fresh Start Day services.
