The following is a recap of actions taken/votes held by City Council on each agenda item: 

  • Public Comment 

  • Consent Agenda: 12 items, including various sponsorship requests; resolutions, including, municipal code revisions regarding the definition of a Community Service Officer, and a fund transfer for the Chambers Road widening project, and more (Passed 8-0 with one excused absence)

  • Public Hearings: 

  • Eligibility of the Moreno Salas annexation, northeast corner of E. 81st Avenue and Quebec Street (Approved 8-0)

  • Annexation and zoning of property at the northwest corner of E. 88th Avenue and Tower Road (Both Approved 8-0)

    • Resolution authorizing a change order to the 96th Avenue widening project contract for the construction of a traffic signal at 96th and Laredo Street (Passed 8-0)

    • Administrative Council Business

    • Executive Session: Discussion regarding performance standards for the City Manager
