Launch of the Commerce City Promise
This year’s inaugural Food Truck Rodeo also helps celebrate something bigger: the launch of the Commerce City Promise program in partnership with the Community College of Aurora.
Funded by federal dollars through the Advancing Commerce City Together (ACT) Program, Commerce City Promise gives residents access to free job training and career certification programs in high-demand industries such as healthcare, public safety, mechanics, and construction. This is your chance to explore new career paths and connect with resources that can transform your future at no cost.
As part of the event, participate in the Promise Backpack activity, an opportunity to write advice for people in the program!
Don’t miss out on this first-of-its-kind celebration! Whether you're coming for food or for your future, this is your chance to celebrate, connect, and grow together.
