Ordinance 2789 – AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2026 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO BY AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF ROAD IMPACT FEE FUNDS FROM THE IMPACT FEE FUND TO THE CAPITAL EXPENDITURES FUND IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $4,011,263 FOR USE ON THE LANDMARK DRIVE AND CHAMBERS ROAD WIDENING PHASE I PROJECTS AND THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE EXPENDITURE THEREOF
Ordinance 2797 – AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE IV OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE COMMERCE CITY REVISED MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS
Copies of said ordinance are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, City of Commerce City at 7887 E. 60th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022, for public inspection during the hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
