Public notice is hereby given that the following ordinance was introduced on first reading on the 21st day of July, 2025, by the City Council of Commerce City and will be considered on second and final reading on the 18th day of August, 2025.

Ordinance 2696 – AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2025 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO BY THE RECOGNITION OF THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,000 FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE (DUI) ENFORCEMENT EFFORTS.

Copies of said ordinance are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, City of Commerce City at 7887 E. 60th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022, for public inspection during the hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. During instances of the city facilities being closed, electronic copies may be requested via email to dgibson@c3gov.com.
