Public notice is hereby given that the following ordinance passed on second and final reading on the 20th day of July 2026, by the City Council of Commerce City, Colorado and will be in full force and effect five days after publication.

Ordinance 2782 – AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2026 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO, BY APPROPRIATING UNENCUMBERED FUND BALANCE IN THE GENERAL FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $463,040 FOR USE ON AN OUTDOOR COMMUNITY ICE RINK AND AUTHORIZATION OF THE EXPENDITURE THEREOF
Copies of said ordinance are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, City of Commerce City at 7887 E. 60th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022, for public inspection during the hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
