Public notice is hereby given that the following ordinance was introduced on first reading on the 23rd day of March, 2026, by the City Council of Commerce City and will be considered on second and final reading on the 20th day of April, 2026.

Ordinance 2764 – AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE IV OF CHAPTER 5 OF THE COMMERCE CITY REVISED MUNICIPAL CODE TO ENACT A NEW DIVISION 14 TO ADOPT BY REFERENCE THE COLORADO WILDFIRE RESILIENCY CODE

Copies of said ordinance are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, City of Commerce City at 7887 E. 60th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022, for public inspection during the hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. During instances of the city facilities being closed, electronic copies may be requested via email to kgarland@c3gov.com.
