PUDA25-0002 – AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE NEXUS NORTH AT DIA PUD ZONE DOCUMENT AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO ALLOW WAREHOUSE AND DISTRIBUTION LAND USES AND REDUCE THE MAXIMUM FRONT YARD SETBACK FOR PLANNING AREA 3 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17010 EAST 88TH AVENUE

Copies of said ordinance are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, City of Commerce City at 7887 E. 60th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022, for public inspection during the hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
