Public notice is hereby given that the following ordinances passed on second and final reading on the 21st day of April 2025, by the City Council of Commerce City, Colorado and will be in full force and effect five days after publication.

Ordinance 2670 – AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2025 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO, BY APPROPRIATING UNENCUMBERED FUND BALANCE IN THE GENERAL FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $300,000 FOR USE ON COMMUNITY EVENTS, INCLUDING SPECIFIED INTERFUND TRANSFERS, AND AUTHORIZATION OF THE EXPENDITURES THEREOF

Copies of said ordinance are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, City of Commerce City at 7887 E. 60th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022, for public inspection during the hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
