Residents and motorists are advised that the BNSF Railway crossing at E. 104th Avenue and Highway 2 will be closed for repairs beginning Thursday, June 25.  

The closure will now begin at 7 a.m. on Thursday, June 25, and remain in place until 5 p.m. on Friday, June 26. During this time, BNSF Railway will be performing repairs to the railroad crossing.  

A signed detour will direct traffic to E. 96th Avenue and Havana Street. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, allow extra travel time and follow posted detour routes.  

The city appreciates the community’s patience as these repairs are completed to help maintain safe travel through the area.
