Commerce City’s Yard of the Month program returns in May 2026 to recognize residents who take pride in their outdoor spaces and contribute to the beauty of our community. This year, from May through August, residents can nominate any yard, including their own to be considered for recognition. Nominations for each month are accepted from the 1st through the end of the month, with winners announced at the beginning of the following month. All residential properties in Commerce City are eligible, but homes can only win once per calendar year. One winner will be selected from each city ward every month, for a total of four winners. Honorees will receive a gift card and public recognition for their efforts to maintain attractive, well-kept yards that enhance the look and feel of our neighborhoods.
