A highly anticipated new dining and entertainment destination is scheduled to open early this summer in Commerce City, bringing a unique blend of food, drinks, and interactive experiences to the community. Third Round Social, a modern restaurant and social gathering space from the creator of OverFlyte Denver, is designed to bring community members together in a warm, energetic, and inviting environment at the corner of E. 104th Avenue and Tower Road.

“Community is at the heart of everything we’re building,” said Vinay Patidar, owner of Third Round Social. “Our vision is to create a true neighborhood gathering place – somewhere that feels just as natural for a quick coffee or casual meeting as it does for a night out.”

The concept combines elevated yet approachable dining with immersive entertainment, including a robust coffee and dessert program fulfilled by Panda Coffee House and a partnership with Little Man Ice Cream; and interactive darts and shuffleboard, as well as golf and multi-sport simulators powered by Full Swing Golf. The culinary program is led by Executive Chef Luke Ostrowski, who brings a globally inspired approach focused on bold, approachable flavors. The menu will feature shareable plates, elevated flatbreads, and handcrafted sandwiches, designed to complement a social and interactive dining experience.

More than just a restaurant, Third Round Social is envisioned as a neighborhood gathering place, one that supports community connection and adds to the growing list of amenities available to Commerce City residents. The location in the newly constructed building at the southwest corner of E. 104th Avenue and Tower Road also includes an outdoor patio space.
