Commerce City's Community Development Department has taken the next step in updating our city’s zoning following the adoption of the 2025 Land Development Code and now seeks feedback from residents. The draft zoning map for Phase 1 of the new Land Development Code (LDC) is now available for public review. This map will help guide how land is used across the city and ensure it aligns with our long-term vision, including the 2045 Comprehensive Plan.
