SpeakUp Commerce City is back this summer with its second event of the year, offering residents a simple, flexible way to connect with city staff and elected officials. Taking place on Wednesday, June 17, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Bison Ridge Recreation Center, this interactive event replaces the traditional meeting format with a casual, drop-in experience.
Residents can explore different tables featuring city departments, learn about projects and programs, ask questions, and share feedback all at their own pace! Whether you have a specific concern or just want to see what’s happening around the city, SpeakUp makes it easy to get involved without committing to a full meeting. City Council members and staff will be available throughout the evening to listen and engage directly with the community.
In addition to the in-person events happening throughout the year, the city is also excited to introduce SpeakUp, the new digital engagement hub powered by Zencity. The online platform gives residents another convenient way to stay connected and participate in city projects and initiatives anytime, anywhere.
Whether you prefer engaging face-to-face or online, SpeakUp is designed to make participation more accessible and convenient for everyone. Residents are encouraged to take part in both the June 17 event and the new online platform to help shape the future of Commerce City. Learn more at c3gov.com/SpeakUp.
