Byford brings more than two decades of human resources leadership experience with expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and employment law. His background includes executive roles such as vice president of people operations, where he led large-scale initiatives across nonprofit and higher education sectors.
City Manager Jason Rogers shared his confidence in the appointment, noting that Byford’s collaborative, people-first approach will help advance the city’s commitment to excellence.
