City Council is holding a Study Session and Urban Renewal Authority (URA) meeting on Monday, Nov. 9 at 6 p.m. Residents are encouraged to watch live online at c3gov.com/Video or on CCTV Channel 8 (HD 881) and can also attend in person at the Civic Center. Study Sessions do not include official actions or public comment opportunities.
