City Council is holding a Special Meeting at 6 p.m., with a Study Session to follow, on Monday, March 23. Residents are encouraged to watch live online at c3gov.com/Video or on CCTV Channel 8 (HD 881) and can also attend in-person at the Civic Center. The Special Meeting will include an opportunity for Public Comment, while Study Sessions do not include official actions or public comment opportunities.
