  • Council Reports 
  • Consent Agenda (Seven items, including forming a Nonprofit Engagement Advisory Committee, dissolving the Derby Review Board, amending the budget for City Council sponsorships, and contract approvals.)
    • Passed 9-0
  • Public Hearing on adoption of the city's 2027 budget and 2026 tax levy   
    • Passed 9-0
  • Recess to meetings of the ECAGID, ERAGID, NIGID, and URA, then reconvene City Council Regular Meeting
  • Administrative Council Business
    • Motion for a Study Session in the first quarter of 2027 to review the city's current approach to homelessness and related public safety concerns
      • Passed 9-0
  • Executive Session conducting the City Manager's annual performance evaluation and establishing 2027 performance standards
    • Motion to prepare a resolution adopting the City's Manager's 2027 performance standards and salary increase.
      • Passed 9-0
  • Adjourn
