    • Strategic Plan refresh process update
  • Public Hearings
    • Amending a Planned Unit Development (PUD) document for two properties east of Chambers Road near 101st Way by Urban Moment to develop a 20-acre piece of land for residential use
    • Resolution establishing the makeup, terms and term limits for members of the Housing Authority Board (Council votes: Yes - 6, No - 2, Absent - 1)
