The following is a recap of actions taken/votes held by City Council on each agenda item: 

• Public Comment  

• Public Hearings on:

  • Vacating a portion of Buckley Road between E. 112th and E. 120th avenues (Approved 9-0)
  • Rezoning the property at 8025 Pontiac St. from I-1 Light Industrial District to I-2 Medium Industrial District (Approved 9-0)

• Consent Agenda (nine items, including budget ordinances, a sponsorship request, contract approvals, and more) (Consent Agenda passed 9-0)

• Administrative Council Business 

• Executive Sessions on: 

  • Receiving legal advice on the potential lease or sale of the city’s mineral rights
  • The annual performance review of the municipal court judge 

• Resolution approving agreement on the appointment of the municipal court judge (Passed with a 6 - 3 vote)

• Council Reports
