Online Tax Filing Systems

Commerce City provides businesses two online tax filing system options: MUNIRevs (city portal) and SUTS (State's portal).

Please Note:

• Before you file your taxes, please visit the Business License page to review license requirements based on the location of your business.
• Commerce City does not require annual renewal of the general sales and use tax business license.

Sales Tax

IMPORTANT: South Adams County Fire Protection District voters approved a new sales tax of up to 0.5% (one-half of one percent) on November 4, 2025, which took effect on January 1, 2026.
