Enjoy light refreshments and snacks in this series where experts share information and answer questions related to community resources. These classes are free, but space is limited.  

  • Tuesday, August 12, from 10 – 11 a.m. at Eagle Pointe Recreation Center, 6060 Parkway Dr. — The Holding Group became a provider for Medicare’s newest program, titled ‘GUIDE’. GUIDE stands for guiding an improved dementia experience and is a longitudinal care coordination program that individuals with original Medicare now have access to free of charge.
  • Tuesday, Sept. 9, from 10 – 11 a.m. at Bison Ridge Recreation Center, 13905 E. 112th Ave. — Howell Law will be presenting an informative session on Guardianship and Conservatorship. The role of Guardian and/or Conservator is one that carries with it considerable responsibility as well as considerable rewards. 
  • Tuesday, Oct. 14, from 10 – 11 a.m. at Eagle Pointe Recreation Center, 6060 Parkway Dr. — Learn from us, the Community Well-Being Division, that coordinates information and referral services, outreach, and programming to reach individuals and families in Commerce City needing services and support. 
  • Tuesday, Nov. 18, from 10 – 11 a.m. at Bison Ridge Recreation Center, 13905 E. 112th Ave. — Servicios de la Raza is an organization created to ensure people in need could access essential services in a way that is respectful of their background and experiences, they will present on their programs and services to include essential community support, health services, youth programs, workforce development and more.
  • Tuesday, Dec. 9, from 10 – 11 a.m. at Eagle Pointe Recreation Center, 6060 Parkway Dr. — The Early Childhood Partnership of Adams County is cultivating an effective early childhood ecosystem for children from birth through age five and their families in Adams County. Join for an overview on their programs and services provided throughout Adam’s County and the city. 

Transportation with pickup locations at Madonna Plaza, Kearney Plaza, and alternating recreation centers will be available. Register in advance at c3gov.com/Register.
