Commerce City is thrilled to host its first-ever Food Truck Rodeo, a new community event to bring people together over great food, live entertainment, and family fun. Join us on Saturday, Aug. 9, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Turnberry Park, 10725 Wheeling St., to enjoy this family-friendly event. The event theme, “Fuel Up for the Future”, highlights the exciting launch of the Commerce City Promise program, a powerful new education opportunity for residents.

This year’s inaugural Food Truck Rodeo also helps celebrate something bigger: the launch of the Commerce City Promise program in partnership with the Community College of Aurora (CCA).

Funded by federal dollars through the Advancing Commerce City Together (ACT) Program, Commerce City Promise gives residents access to free job training and career certification programs in high-demand industries such as healthcare, public safety, mechanics, and construction.
