Public Meeting: Zone Change for New Police Substation

As Commerce City continues to move forward with the development of a new permanent Police Department substation in the north part of the city to better serve our growing community, we are ready to begin the first step in the process: rezoning the land for the future of the facility.

Residents are invited to attend a public information meeting to learn more about the rezoning process, the overall project, and what to expect as planning continues. The project's designer will also share schematic drawings, offering a first look at what the facility may include and how it could fit within the surrounding area.
