Public Meetings 

The City of Commerce City will host two upcoming open houses to share information and gather community input on the 2025 Land Development Code Legislative Rezone Project. The first open house will focus on the draft zoning map for the Northern Range area. Additional open houses and engagement opportunities will be scheduled for other areas of the city in the coming months. 
 
Each meeting will begin with a 30-minute staff presentation, followed by a discussion period for attendees to ask questions and provide feedback.

Online Survey 

The draft map for the first phase of the project is now available for public review and comment. Please use this LINK to view the map and share your feedback. The survey will close on Friday, April 17th.
