The new Land Development Code (LDC) was adopted by City Council on Monday, November 3, 2025. Now that the 2025 Land Development Code is adopted, the City is requiring all new rezonings and annexation applications to be processed under the 2025 Land Development Code. In addition, Community Development is working with the community on a legislative rezoning process this year to bring all properties under the 2025 Land Development Code. More information
