Mission

The mission of the Youth Commission is to serve as the voice of Commerce City youth by generating and acting on ideas to inspire a better community today and tomorrow.

Youth Commission Boards & Commissions Town Hall 2026

Commerce City is excited to invite residents to the Youth Commission Town Hall. The Town Hall will take place on Thursday, April 16, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Bison Ridge. This event will empower our youth and give them a voice in shaping our community.

Light refreshments will be provided, along with networking opportunities. Meet members of City Council, school district representatives, and the Commerce City Police Department. Spanish interpretation will be available.

Establishment

The youth commission was established by Ordinance 1934.

Meeting

The Youth Commission meets on the first Thursday of the month at 6:30pm. The meeting is held at Eagle Pointe Recreation Center.
