Agency Center is a convenient website that serves as a protected backdoor for agencies outside of Commerce City government to result their assigned referrals, reviews and inspections in the city’s land development application called TRAKiT.

How Plan Review Tasks are Assigned to You
In the city’s internal TRAKiT system, a review is assigned to you as required based on the type or location of a permit, license, or project requested. Once a review has been assigned to your agency, you will receive an email notification in your agency's shared inbox.
How Inspection Tasks are Assigned to You
Similar to plan reviews, a final inspection is assigned to your agency as the time of permit issuance. It will be waiting in Agency Center for when you conduct and eventually approve the actual final inspection. For building permits, this step takes the place of initialing the legacy yellow inspections card.
