The Commerce City Housing Authority (CCHA) provides housing opportunities and resources to help residents buy, rent or improve their homes. The Housing Authority’s essential mission within the community is to create and sustain housing in Commerce City for low-income residents. The CCHA recognizes that to be a Quality Community for a Lifetime, Commerce City must have affordable housing for people across the income spectrum and must not price out those who cannot afford high housing costs.
