City Council is conducting a special meeting on Monday, Sept. 8 at 6 p.m. Meetings occur in-person with opportunities to view via Zoom. Members of the public are invited to attend in-person or remotely. Public comment is not allowed at special meetings unless specifically noted on an agenda item.
