Paradice Island Pool Cabana Rentals

Fees are for cabana rentals only, and do not include admission to the park. Cabana rental fees are due in full at time of booking.

Residents can reserve up to three weeks in advance. Non-residents can reserve up to two weeks in advance.

Rental Information

• Cabana rentals can be booked up to three weeks in advance for residents, starting May 7 (residents only)
• Cabana rentals must be booked at least three days prior to reservation date
• At the time of confirmation/booking, 100% of the total rental fee is due, purchase of admission to the waterpark required prior to date of rental, and are not included in the price of the cabana rental.

Renter Responsibilities

• Rental applicant must be present during the entire rental and is responsible for the conduct of guests and condition of the cabana.
• Clean up of the cabana is the responsibility of the renter. Please remove all trash, wipe down tables and chairs, and sweep the area.
• Cabana must be cleaned with all items and guests out of the park by, or before the end of the timeslot.

• No Smoking (including electronic smoking devices and medical/recreational marijuana)
• No Open Flames (including grills and heating trays)
• Extension Cords
• Scotch, Duct, Masking, or Electrical tape
• Large knifes (watermelons and other similar items should be precut)
• Rice, birdseed, or confetti of any kind

• Pop-up tents
  • Pop-up tents must be properly secured to ensure safety of all park guests.
• Party decorations
  • Decorations may be secured or affixed to cabana surfaces, including tables, chairs, fences, or shelter structure, with blue painters tape only.
• Portable music players
  • Music volume must be maintained at reasonable levels. Music with disturbing content or inappropriate language will not be allowed.
• Food or drinks in metal or plastic containers only.

To rent a cabana complete the online cabana rental form or rent a cabana (when available) the day of your visit at Paradice Island front desk.

The applicant and two other people are permitted to enter the park 15 minutes prior to open.

Refunds for rentals due to weather and park closures are not guaranteed. Refunds may be requested but must be received within two days of the rental date.

Cancellations less than 3 days prior to the rental date may be refunded 50% of the rental fee, day-of cancellations or no-shows will not be granted refunds.
