Commerce City is once again participating in the National Community Survey (NCS) in 2025 to collect resident feedback about the overall livability of the city. The survey captures opinions on the economy, mobility, community design, utilities, safety, natural environment, inclusivity, engagement, and more. The results show Commerce City’s strengths, areas of improvement, and what matters most to residents.
The open participation portion of the survey is now underway, with resident responses being accepting through Monday, Nov. 10!

Surveys were initially mailed in early October to approximately 3,000 residents selected at random, but equally distributed by ward boundaries across the city. Those recipients have six weeks to complete and return the survey by the same deadline of Nov. 10, when data collection officially closes.
City Council and staff will examine the survey results and can use data from the NCS to inform continuing conversations with community members about what the city is doing well and what can be improved. Learn more at c3gov.com/NCS.
