List of Registered Sex Offenders in Colorado
A printed list is available at the police department's records division from 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday-Friday, and 6 a.m. - 1 p.m. Saturday.
The state sex offender registry includes only those persons who have been convicted of certain acts of unlawful sexual behavior since July 1, 1991, and who are in compliance with the sex offender registration laws. Persons should not rely solely on the sex offender registry as a safeguard against perpetrators of sexual assault on their communities. The crime for which a person is convicted may not accurately reflect the level of ’risk.’ Information on this list can change daily. The city publishes this information in compliance with Megan's Law.
