UPDATE: Missing Child

UPDATE: COMMERCE CITY, COLO. (02/11/2020) - The Commerce City Police Department is still actively searching for Danny Fish Jr., age 2 ½. (a black male child, approximately 3 feet tall and about 40 pounds, black hair and brown eyes). He is still believed to be in the company of his mother, Valerie Watson, age 29, (a black woman, 6’1” tall, very thin, with black hair and brown eyes). They are still believed to be frequenting the East Colfax corridor. Attached are new photographs. Ms. Watson has had her parental rights removed and she is legally restrained from Danny Fish Jr. The Commerce City Police Department is concerned for his well-being. If you have information relating to the location of Danny Fish Jr., please immediately call 911 or the Commerce City police department at 303-288-1535.

COMMERCE CITY, COLO. (02/07/2020 12:00 PM) - On Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020, the Commerce City Police Department was made aware of a parent who had taken her child after having parental rights removed.

Valerie Watson, 29, a 6-foot-1 black woman with dark hair and brown eyes, took her son Danny Fish Jr. from his home in Commerce City. Danny Fish Jr., 2, is a black male child, about 3-feet tall and 40 pounds with dark hair and brown eyes. Ms. Watson was last seen in the area of Colfax Avenue and Colorado Boulevard at approximately 4 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 6. Ms. Watson is known to frequent hotels along the East Colfax corridor.
