Monday night’s city council meeting agenda includes:
- Proclamations recognizing National Manufacturing Day, Domestic Violence Awareness Month and National Hispanic Heritage Month.
- Ordinances regarding annexation of unincorporated territory known as Third Creek West; adoption of 2018 International building codes; amending the city’s code regarding alcoholic beverages and medical marijuana to comply with recent state changes; strengthening the licensing and enforcement of operation of massage facilities; and amending the city’s code regarding regulation of tobacco and nicotine products.
- Public Hearings on approval of a service plan for the Third Creek West metro district and rezoning the property at 6370 Poplar Street from commercial to residential.
- Resolutions authorizing an agreement to share the cost of a census liaison in Adam County and supporting the Colorado Complete Count Campaign for the 2020 Census.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m. at the Commerce City Civic Center, 7887 E. 60th Ave.
