building inspections
Valid permits are required for all building projects. Once you obtain a building permit, the City will conduct inspections of your project. Any required inspections will be listed on your Permit Inspection Requirements handout which you will receive along with your building permit.
To schedule your inspection use one of the following:
- automated phone system at 303.289.3652,
- online at http://permits.c3gov.com.
The deadline to schedule/reschedule inspections is 7 a.m. the day of the inspection.
If your permit was issued prior to Oct. 1, 2009 or you need further assistance, please call the Building Division at 303.289.3790.
