Executive Session - Motion to go into an executive session for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators, under C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) and Commerce City Home Rule Charter 4-24(b), namely status of the Fraternal Order of Police and for the purpose of a discussion of a personnel matter under C.R.S. 24-6-406(4)(f) and Section 4.24(b) of the Commerce City Home Rule Charter and not  involving any specific employees who have requested discussion of the matter in open session; and any member of this body or an elected official; the appointment of any person to fill an office of this body or of an elected official; or personnel policies that do not require the discussion of matters personal to particular employees, namely status of the city manager contract.
