Incentives
Sometimes a little something extra is needed to make the deal. Since the our incentives program began in 2010, the city has awarded more than $3.5 million in incentives to businesses, creating nearly 800 jobs and $98 million in capital investment.

Commerce City offers incentives to encourage capital investment in the community, create new jobs and attract new businesses. Our goal is to continue the city’s growth as an economically sound and high quality community.

City Incentives
Existing and prospective businesses in Commerce City’s five target industries, located or planning to locate within the city, are eligible to apply for incentives. Applications from existing businesses that are not classified as a target industry will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

SBA HUBZone
Does your business plan include government contracting?  Locating within Commerce City census tracts designated as HUBZone may give your company an advantage.
