The Commerce City Housing Authority provides housing opportunities and resources for all residents. Consistent with our strategic plan, we help people buy, rent or improve their homes.

Members
The eight-member board has four regular members, two alternate regular members, one regular council member, and one alternate council member. Regular members serve a five-year term and council members serve a two-year term.

- Dolores Harr, regular member, term expires February 1, 2018
- Lynette Malloy, vice-chairperson, term expires February 1, 2014
- Bruce Thomas, chairperson, term expires May 1, 2016
