Purpose
This program teaches students about the devastating effects of drinking and driving. The program’s goal is to avoid real-life tragedy. It is a cooperative effort with the:

• Adams County courts 
• Local agencies and businesses 
• School District 14
• South Adams County Fire Department
• Traffic Unit

The Every 15 Minutes program is a one day and a half long program that is conducted every other year at Adams City High School (ACHS) just before the senior prom.
