Derby Review Board
This board reviews development applications for the Derby redevelopment area based upon the standards outlined in the Derby design guidelines. The board may approve variances to the standards and appeals to board decisions are heard by the city council.

Members
Members of the Derby Review Board serve three-year terms and is comprised of one city council member, two experienced design professionals, two members of the Derby neighborhood and two alternates who meet these requirements.

- Dominick Moreno, council member, term expires at the 2013 organizational meeting
- Angel Anderson, regular member, term expires February 1, 2015
- Carol Maclennan, regular member, term expires February 1, 2015

- Maria Mercado, alternate member, term expires February 1, 2014.
- Mary Younger, alternate member, term expires February 1, 2015.
