Commerce City is Colorado’s fourth-fastest growing city and the fastest growing city in Adam’s County, more than doubling its population in the last 10 years.

The city boasts approximately 48,500 residents, a median age of 30, and has experienced one of the highest income increases in the Denver Metropolitan area with an average household income of $69,308.
