Commerce City is Colorado’s fourth-fastest growing city and the fastest growing city in Adam’s County, more than doubling its population in the last 10 years.
The city boasts approximately 47,000 residents, a median age of 34.5, and has experienced the highest income increase in the Denver Metropolitan area with the average median income of $66,000.
